Mixer Layout

The Mixer Layout is dedicated to live audiovisual mixology. It is ideal when the focus is on the real-time layering and remixing of multiple video sources, functioning as a multimedia instrument.
You can access the Mixer layout from the dashboard’s layout switcher, or by typing shift + 3 while on the app’s main window.
Its main section might look empty at first, but it will automatically arrange itself depending on the configuration set in the Project settings.

- Scenic presets, for storing/recalling the state of all source and destination modules parameters
- Presets grid, for editing scenes or following the current one
- Source modules (first row) and destination modules (second row)
- Virtual control, showing macros of the selected track
- Mixer
Source and destination modules appear vertically aligned with their corresponding tracks in the mixer, as automatically organized by the Mixer Layout Wizard according to the current routing (see Modules settings) and each destination’s rendering Order. For example, we can see in the image above that Player 1 is used as a source for Performer 1, on track 4. See Track layout for exactly how tracks get populated.
Only 8 of the 24 tracks are displayed at a time, with the remaining tracks scrolled horizontally using the scrollbar located at the bottom of the mixer - see Tracks for the Mixer’s own track interface.
